Journey is our solid palomino paint mare with a fantastic disposition and beautiful dappled golden color.  She is by Fancy King Goldmaker out of Graceful Stride.  Her grandsire, FL Fancy Bug, was the 1991 National Champion PtHA Cutting Horse, 1991 PtHA Cutting Horse of the Year, 1991 Paint Horse Congress Reserve Champion Cutting Horse, 1992 Reserve Champion OPHA Cutting Horse, and has ROM in both the APHA and PtHA.  She is a longer, leggier mare and should mature to nearly 16 hands.  We believe her color genetics to be CCree and we think she is negative for agouti. Journey was checked in foal to to QTS Crystal Bear for an APHA Breeder’s Trust, Kentucky Breeder’s Incentive Fund and KPHBA Futurity nominated foal that will be guaranteed tobiano.  QTS Crystal Bear is the highest money earning stallion out of champion sire QT Poco Streke. This foal may be any of the base coat colors or a single or double dilute, but either way the foal will have spots! Journey is due to foal on April 17, 2009.
